ABOUT KELLY

Kelly Marwill for Place 5 Eanes ISD School Board

Kelly is a dedicated nurse running for school board who cares deeply about the success of students and the wellbeing of families and teachers. With years of experience in healthcare, Kelly understands the importance of mental health and wellness in all aspects of life, including education. She is committed to ensuring the safety of students and staff through education, training and sustainable practices. As a proud middle school band and volleyball mom, Kelly is passionate about inspiring achievement and promoting a culture of excellence. She is committed to using tax dollars to ensure that all students receive an excellent education, and protecting the programs that we value for the individual success of all students.  We must continue what Eanes has now and build programs for the future. ts.

Above all, Kelly values accountability and integrity and is a role model volunteer in the community.

Kelly's campaign is about more than just winning an election - it's about making a difference. Our district is embarking on a 15 year plan to bring Eanes into the future of education. With over a decade of volunteering on campuses and district level committees, serving as president of the booster club, and as a substitute nurse employee in our schools, she knows all the small details.  Now, Kelly is ready to influence the big picture as a advocate for our students, families and staff.  Due to the lack of state funding, we will be facing budget issues, and it's going to take us all working together to dig deep into our community and pull together our resources to keep our programs strong.  Eanes is on the edge of what is and what could be - and there are a lot of details to consider to create the facilities we need for a future we can't predict, but we can strategically plan.
